Laila Rouass

Laila is a familiar face on our screens with extensive television credits that include regular roles in series such as SPOOKS, HOLBY CITY, STELLA and a guest lead in MIDSOMER MURDERS. Laila has also guest starred as the Deputy Prime Minister in Series 2 of THE ROYALS, Disney’s THE LODGE, Netflix’s highly anticipated drama series SAFE, BBC’s AGE BEFORE BEAUTY, Series 4 of LONDON KILLS for BBC One, and the second series of TRACES for BBC/Alibi. In 2021 she reprised her role as Sahira Shah in BBC’s HOLBY CITY.

Laila recently starred in the exciting British independent comedy THE EFFECTS OF LYING, and can currently be seen in series 2 of ITV’s TELL ME EVERYTHING, and as Ayesha in BBC’s EASTENDERS.
