Fiona Allen

Fiona is perhaps best known for writing and starring in the iconic Emmy award winning and BAFTA nominated TV Comedy series SMACK THE PONY.

Her other screen credits are extensive and include DALZIEL & PASCOE, CORONATION STREET, EASTENDERS, SHAMELESS, IN DEEP, HAPPINESS, SKINS, WATERLOO ROAD, MOCK THE WEEK, ALAN PARTRIDGE’S SCISSORED ISLE, DEATH IN PARADISE and 8 OUT OF 10 CATS.

On film she has starred in FAT SLAGS and GLADIATRESS, as well as 24 HOUR PARTY PEOPLE.

Fiona recently performed her debut stand-up show, ON THE RUN, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and is currently on a national tour with the show.
