Fiona Allen

Fiona is perhaps best known for writing and starring in the iconic Emmy award winning and BAFTA nominated TV Comedy series SMACK THE PONY.

Her other screen credits are extensive and include DALZIEL & PASCOE, CORONATION STREET, EASTENDERS, SHAMELESS, IN DEEP, HAPPINESS, SKINS, WATERLOO ROAD, MOCK THE WEEK, ALAN PARTRIDGE’S SCISSORED ISLE, DEATH IN PARADISE and 8 OUT OF 10 CATS.

On film she has starred in FAT SLAGS and GLADIATRESS, as well as 24 HOUR PARTY PEOPLE.

Fiona recently went on a national tour of her debut stand-up show, ON THE RUN, which had it’s debut at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

She will next be seen in the Feature Film FINDING EMILY, the Amazon anthology TV series PATTERNS and THE GOOD SHIP MURDER!
