David Robb
Extensive television credits include SHARPE’S PERIL, BBC’s ROMAN MYSTERIES, GARROW’S LAW, BBC’s drama documentary AGAINST THE LAW, BBC Three series CLIQUE and the regular role of Dr. Clarkson in ITV’s hit drama DOWNTON ABBEY. Recent films include YOUNG VICTORIA, ELIZABETH: THE GOLDEN AGE, SACRIFICE and Julian Fellowes’ FROM TIME TO TIME. David has also starred as Sir Thomas Boleyn in WOLF HALL, in the stage production of THE AUDIENCE and the national tour of Alan Bennett’s SINGLE SPIES.
David recently starred in GRENFELL: VALUE ENGINEERING playing at the Tabernacle Theatre and Birmingham Rep consecutively, as well as the feature films ALL THOSE SMALL THINGS, and DOWNTON ABBEY: A NEW ERA, in which he reprises his role ‘Dr. Clarkson’.
David was most recently seen in THE PROMISE at Chichester’s Festival Theatre.
