Amongst Sharon’s extensive screen credits are a regular lead role in the BBC drama series BELONGING, a semi-regular role in DOCTORS, TORCHWOOD, ALYS, AFTER YOU’VE GONE, MIDSOMER MURDERS, MINE ALL MINE (regular), CASUALTY, HIGH HOPES and THE MAGNIFICANT EVANS with Ronnie Barker.
Film credits include the lead role Maggie in RESISTANCE, Mackenzie Crook’s mother in the film ABRAHAM’S POINT and a title role in the multi BAFTA winning MARTHA, JAC A SIANCO, for which Sharon won the BAFTA Cymru Best Actress Award.
Her extensive theatre credits include Ed Thomas’s HOUSE OF AMERICA (Winner, TIME OUT 01 for London Award), the first National Theatre Wales production A GOOD NIGHT OUT IN THE VALLEYS, Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru’s TY BERNARDA ALBA (THE HOUSE
OF BERNARDA ALBA) as well as A CHRISTMAS CAROL, and CITYSCAPE for Sherman Cymru.
Amongst her many radio credits Sharon was heard in WRITING THE CENTURY: SHARON MORGAN’S DIARIES 1966-1970, ABERYSTWYTH MON AMOUR, OPERATION CHARLIE and HOW I LIVE NOW for BBC Radio 4, as well as BLINK for Radio Cymru and the long running radio drama series STATION ROAD for Radio Wales.
Sharon is a highly skilled and very experienced voice over artists, voicing numerous documentaries and animation series.
